Dearborn Heights has both studio apartments (ground floor) and ranch-style Villas with 1 or 2 bedrooms. The Villas feature private entrances, full kitchens, living rooms, washer/dryers, and porches. Dearborn Heights Senior Living also has a community dining room, a cozy fireplace lounge - and much more.
Resident services include flexible service plan options for the Villas, restaurant-style dining available for breakfast, lunch and dinner - as well as wellness staffers and scheduled transportation. Liz has almost three decades of experience working with seniors in many settings, from nursing homes and hospitals to independent living. Her vast experience includes office administration, admissions, HR, purchasing, accounting, and overall community management. Well-versed in wearing the many hats required of an American House Executive Director, Liz explains that "at times, you could call me a social worker, mentor, case manager, but most importantly, a friend to all seniors that need my assistance. I truly enjoy my daily encounters with seniors and being able to help their family members work through their concerns over their parents health."
