ANN MARIE FOLLAND
Executive Director | 14 years experience
Ann Marie has spent virtually her entire adult life working with seniors - not just the past 14 years at American House, but previously in food service management in a retiree neighborhood in Florida. She has been at Sterling I basically since its opening in the mid-1990's, first as Assistant Manager and soon as Executive Director. "We have such a warm environment here," Ann Marie explains, "many staffers have been here for 14 years. Every day is rewarding, because you know you've made a difference in someone's life." She adds, "We know we're spending our careers doing something good here."
