They say a home is where the heart is and if it’s one thing about American House Westland Joy, that’s all they know. Especially the maintenance director Arron. He is so quick and efficient when it comes to handling the residents maintenance needs. As well as, taking the residents request as top priorities. The same goes for Kristy, Amber and even the life enrichment director Makeba. As I observed and watched Makeba in action on my tour, I saw nothing but smiling faces on the residents faces and that told me all I needed to know. This is the place for my mom and I can’t wait for her to move in. Last but not least, another thing that I really enjoyed about my tour was the FOOD!!! The culinary director Tiffany was so well diversified in cooking the gourmet meal that she prepared for us. The prince charles vegetables were well seasoned, along with the parmesan chicken. I don’t know what she put in it, but all I know is that I want some more.
The staff at American House Westland Joy is very well-informed and will help you with any of your family’s needs. The layout of the facility is very bright and inviting they have a wonderful dining area with very tasty food.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at American House Westland Joy! From the moment I arrived, Executive Director Kristy and Community Relations Director Amber made me feel welcomed and supported. Amber provided a fantastic tour, complete with a delicious lunch and entertainment that truly showcased the warm, vibrant atmosphere of the community.
