Announcing: Grand Opening of American House Meridian!

We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of our newest senior living community, American House Meridian. Located in Haslett near Michigan’s state capital and the bustling college campus of Michigan State University, this independent living community shares the vibrancy of the surrounding area. The location offers easy access to abundant retail, grocery, pharmacy and medical services, and is near five premier golf courses and two major hospital systems: McLaren and Sparrow.

The culmination of thoughtful design and construction, our beautiful, modern 4-story building offers a backdrop of woods and natural spaces. Of the 132 units, 50 are pre-leased, and there are plenty of one- and two-bedroom apartments available with 9- or 12-foot ceilings, full-size kitchens and courtyard, woods, sunset and sunrise views.

At American House Meridian, our residents can enjoy glimpses of wildlife and strolls with visiting family and friends at nearby Nancy Moore Park and Hillbrook Park. There are plenty of opportunities to explore new interests, with programming that includes five to 10 activities each day, two to four outings and multiple entertainers each month. Our maintenance-free lifestyle means there is time to create friendships at our weekly happy hours and three chef-prepared meals each day, and enjoy good conversation over snacks at the Café and game room.

The community is designed for convenience, with covered vehicle and bicycle parking and an onsite fitness center, movie theater room and Paul Mitchell salon. Physical, occupational and speech therapy sessions are available at the Therapy Institute in the lower-level retail space.
