American House Senior Living Communities has expanded its footprint in South Florida with the addition of The Palms of Fort Myers, now rebranded as American House The Palms. American House now operates 12 communities in Florida, including one other in Fort Myers.

The addition of The Palms also represents the expansion of the strong, trusted relationship between American House and Ventas, Inc., an S&P 500 company and the second largest owner of senior housing in the world. American House now operates 14 Ventas-owned communities.
