American House Continues Strategic Growth in Florida with the Addition of American House Wesley Chapel

American House Senior Living Communities continues its strategic growth across Florida with the acquisition of Beach House Assisted Living & Memory Care, now rebranded as American House Wesley Chapel. With this expansion, American House now operates 14 communities in Florida and comes on the heels of the recent opening of American House The Palms in Fort Myers. With the addition of Wesley Chapel, American House now operates five, AEW Capital Management-owned communities.

Located at 30070 State Road 56, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543, American House Wesley Chapel offers Assisted Living and Memory Care services. The community’s dedicated and experienced team members will remain in place to ensure uninterrupted, quality care. Residents and families will benefit from American House’s proven operational platform, including its acclaimed culinary experiences, vibrant life enrichment programming and the expertise of a highly skilled, wellness support team.

The 100-unit community offers 67 Assisted Living and 33 Memory Care apartments with a variety of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans, some with balconies and patios.
